Check-in: between 2pm and 7pm. Late check-in can be arranged — message us in advance.
Check-out: by 12pm.
Cancellation: free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
Payment: no card hold. Room payment can be taken at check-in; other incidentals at check-out. We work on a trust basis.
Parking: free parking on-site.

Tree Roots Retreat is in Rayong Province, on the eastern seaboard of the Gulf of Thailand. Two and a half hours from Bangkok by car.
Drive south-east on Motorway 7 towards Pattaya, then continue on Route 36 to Rayong. The retreat is a ten-minute drive from central Rayong town. We will send detailed directions via WhatsApp once you have booked.
