Pet policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs at Tree Roots Retreat.

The basics

• One dog per room, maximum 15kg
• ฿500 per night pet surcharge (added at booking or check-in)
• ฿2,500 refundable damage deposit, pre-authorised at check-in
• Dogs must have a current rabies vaccination
• Dogs are not permitted in the communal kitchen or library
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on-property and on the beach

What we provide

• Water and food bowls in-room
• A recommended beach walking route (ask at reception)
• Nearest veterinary clinic details on request

Please note

• Cats, birds, and exotic pets are not accepted
• Dogs may not be left unattended in rooms for more than two hours
• Excessive noise or disturbance may result in a request to make alternative arrangements
• Any damage beyond normal wear will be deducted from the damage deposit
