Race-day tips

Register through the organiser’s page linked under each event. Start times, routes, kit collection and parking details are published there and can change, so check again in the week before. Runs and swims in Thailand start early to beat the heat. Bring water and sun protection, and plan to be on site well before your start.

Joining the beach cleanup

The Mae Ramphueng beach cleanup is on the first Sunday of the month. Mae Ramphueng Beachfriends organises it. Bring a hat, water and a reusable bag or gloves.
